What we collect, and why
Short version: your email, so we can tell you when the boards open. That's the business model — there isn't another one.
What we collect
- Founding Member signup: your email, an optional runner handle, and whether you own or preordered an AES+.
- Support requests: your email, a topic, and your message.
- Accounts (when the boards open): your email, display name, and the runs you submit — including video links, which are public by design.
What we use it for
Launch updates, replies to your support requests, and running the leaderboards. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send marketing on anyone else's behalf. The site is ad-free.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (our database provider). Run videos stay on YouTube or Twitch — we only store the link you give us.
Getting your data removed
Ask via the support pageand we'll delete your signup or account data. If you have verified runs on the boards, account deletion anonymizes your name but keeps the run history intact — records stay honest that way.
Working-name notice:WE-NEO is a pre-launch project and this policy will be re-issued in fuller legal form before the boards open. The principles above won't change.
